Amanda Traynor has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2009, combining over 15 years of hands-on experience with a lifelong passion for health and human performance. Her journey began in Niagara as a competitive rower, where she won multiple gold medals at elite regattas including Henley, Schoolboy, and Head of the Charles. Her athletic success led to a full scholarship at Oregon State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. Amanda’s deep interest in movement and recovery inspired her early work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor with the YMCA. She later expanded her clinical expertise by graduating with Honours from Everest College’s Massage Therapy program. To better serve her clients, she has completed additional certifications in: Cupping Therapy Soft Tissue Release Hot Stone Massage Kinesiology Taping Amanda takes a personalized, client-focused approach to care. She works closely with individuals of all ages and backgrounds—whether managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking stress relief. Her treatments are guided by open communication, continual feedback, and a commitment to helping clients feel their best. Outside of her practice, Amanda is a devoted mom to three active kids. She stays busy coaching their sports teams, cheering them on from the sidelines, and staying involved in their activities—while also making time for her own health, fitness, and personal growth.
