Jaxon is a Registered Massage Therapist and a proud member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He completed his Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapist at Centennial College in 2024 where he underwent rigorous education in anatomy and physiology, biomechanics and orthopedic assessment, massage theory and practice, and therapeutic relationship and professional practice. Driven by his passion for health and wellness, Jaxon has provided care in sports clinics with varsity athletes, community centers with youth and infants, hospitals with chronic pain patients, and relaxation clinics with the general population. Each outreach has developed different tools and skills that he uses in his practice today. Jaxon’s mission is rooted in his desire to reduce people’s pain and improve their quality of movement. He uses manual techniques such as fascial stretching, muscle stripping, joint mobilizations, and trigger point therapy to improve muscle integrity and joint function. Jaxon’s mission is also rooted in his passion for strength and conditioning. He uses exercises to remediate injury, reduce postural dysfunction, and improve sport performance. Jaxon is a lifelong athlete and basketball trainer who uses his personal experience with injury recovery, strength and conditioning, and game preparation to educate athletes on how to optimize recovery and performance through physical and mental preparation.
