Hi, I’m Manny, a Registered Physiotherapist with a focus on helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities that give their life meaning. I provide a hands-on, evidence-based approach that blends manual therapy, dry needling, and individualized exercise programs. My goal is not only to relieve pain but to educate each patient so they understand their condition and feel empowered to take charge of their recovery. I completed my Doctor of Physiotherapy at Bond University in Gold Coast, Australia, and have since worked in both private clinics and community-based physiotherapy across Australia and Canada. This experience has equipped me to treat a wide range of injuries and movement disorders. Common conditions I work with include fractures, strains and sprains, neck and back pain, tendinopathies, shoulder impingement, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, and many others. I believe in creating tailored treatment plans that prioritize long-term function and independence over temporary relief. Outside the clinic, I stay active through sports, running, and strength training, and I have a keen interest in World War II history and politics.
This visit is for new clients or for existing clients who have not seen the physiotherapist for the last 6 months. Your physiotherapist will listen to your story, understand your goals, ask questions, review your health history and complete a physical assessment- which may include an external and/or internal vaginal and/or rectal exam (with your consent). After the assessment, your physiotherapist will discuss assessment findings, answer questions and outline a proposed treatment plan.
