Ariana Isaac, RMT brings a unique clinical perspective to her care, combining her massage therapy training with a background as a Therapist Assistant. This allows her to approach your treatment with a deeper understanding of how the body functions—and how to restore it when something isn’t quite right. Ariana focuses on chronic pain, stress reduction, and muscular tension, using a blend of deep therapeutic work and relaxation-based techniques. Her treatments may include trigger point release, fascial work, pin-and-stretch, and muscle stripping—always adapted in real time based on how your body responds. She also incorporates movement, mobility, and practical strategies to support your progress between sessions. Her approach is collaborative and patient-centered. Ariana takes the time to listen, communicate throughout your treatment, and ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and confident in your care plan. Her goal is to help you restore function, manage pain effectively, and return to your daily activities with greater ease. Outside the clinic, Ariana enjoys staying active through competitive soccer and spending time with family—bringing that same balance and energy into the way she supports her patients.
