Nuria’s passion for movement started early as a competitive swimmer and through participation in a variety of sports. Her curiosity about the human body and how it performs led her to pursue a Bachelor of Sciences in Physiotherapy at Leon University in Spain. During her studies, she completed a residency in Brazil, gaining hands-on experience in patient care and rehabilitation. She has also gained international experience, including working in Dubai in a sports-focused physiotherapy setting, treating athletes and active individuals with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Nuria is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, allowing her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds. Nuria takes an active, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation. She helps patients recover from injury, build strength, and regain confidence in their movement. Whether returning to sport, recovering post-surgery, or improving overall function, Nuria tailors treatment plans to each person’s needs, emphasizing education, empowerment, and long-term well-being. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find Nuria lifting weights at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, exploring new food spots around the city, or building Lego sets!

Initial Assessment & Treatment

Your physiotherapist will start by chatting with you about your health history, current symptoms, and any medications or supplements you may be taking. From there, they'll do a physical assessment to check your posture, mobility, and any areas that might be causing discomfort. After getting a clear picture of what’s going on, they’ll provide a personalized, hands-on treatment focused on helping you feel better and move toward your goals.
