“Adrienne graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Trios College in April 2024 and began practicing in September 2024. From a young age, Adrienne has had a passion for wellness and holistic modalities of healing. Becoming a massage therapist seemed like a great way to embody these values and help provide a sense of wellbeing to others. Adrienne values creating a calm, warm space for their clients and keeping an open dialogue in order to address individual needs and provide the most effective treatment possible. Some of their areas of focus include alleviating stress and tension, chronic pain, repetitive strain injuries and upper cross postural syndrome. Some techniques they use are swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilization, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, and deep tissue massage. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors, doing photography, writing, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.”
