Ashmeera is a Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. She completed her Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology at McMaster University. During that time, after lots of volunteer work in the rehab setting, she wanted to be a part of a person’s road to recovery and guide people back to their pain free active lifestyle. Ashmeera went on to attain her Master’s of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. In Sydney, Ashmeera worked in long term care and in out-patient rehabilitation clinics focusing mainly on manual therapy and exercise prescription. Born and raised in Scarborough, Ashmeera is excited to provide care to her community. Outside of work, Ashmeera plays tennis, badminton, volleyball and enjoys working out at the gym.
