Lori received her massage license in 2009 from SHI Medical Massage School in Lebanon, Oh. She graduated with a level 1 certification in Craniosacral Therapy. That same year she completed a 200 Registered Yoga Instructor course and maintains certification though Yoga Alliance. Always eager to learn more she later finished her Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology from Miami University, and has even traveled to Asia to study Eastern massage practices. Her goal is to facilitate healing and health maintenance in a holistic manner and she enjoys using a variety of massage techniques and styles. Her favorite and most commonly used practices include Deep Tissue work such as Ashiatsu, Hot/cold stones, and body treatments. Massage Therapy
The session to book if you're not sure what you want/need. Includes Deep Tissue, optional complimentary aromatherapy, warm moist towels, and application of tiger balm or biofreeze. Possible techniques used include: Relaxation/Swedish, Reflexology, Myofacial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Facial Gua Sha, Trigger point work, assisted stretch, and ROM/Muscle energy work.
Reflexology
The application of pressure to areas on the feet (or hands). Relaxing, alleviates stress, and releases tension held in the feet and body. Combines well with a foot soak or foot scrub add on, or even combined with a Craniosacral therapy treatment.
