She emphasizes Deep Tissue massage and Muscle Energy Techniques with a Swedish Massage base, and is always adding to her repertoire of skills to tailor each treatment to her patient’s needs. She enjoys Pilates in her own health and fitness life and incorporates body-weight strength and flexibility exercises into many home-care plans Since graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2016, Jenny has improved her skills with several continuing education courses in Muscle Energy Techniques (MET), taking a special interest in dysfunction of the temporal mandibular joint (TMJ) and the cervical spine. Jenny is an avid learner. She is passionate about educating patients about their own bodies to assist in maintaining function and achieving greater standards of health and wellness. Her ultimate goal is to get patients feeling empowered and confident in their bodies. Jenny believes that you the patient are the ultimate expert on your body and needs, and is excited to partner with you on your journey of health.
