Elena is a long time embodiment practitioner who loves to share her many healing modalities and practices. Her style of bodywork, teaching movement, and coaching centers around slowing down, allowing feelings, focusing awareness, deepening breath, and honoring all the ways the body and heart communicate to show us the way to healing. She loves to dance, loves island living, creating and being a part of community, and making art and delicious food.
