Originally from British Columbia, Clare received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University. Clare’s treatment approach focuses on combining manual techniques with therapeutic exercise, and applying the latest evidence to support clients in their rehabilitation journey. In her spare time, Clare enjoys cross country skiing and ski touring, hiking, camping, canoeing and anything outdoors. As an avid runner and former varsity soccer player, Clare has a passion for supporting athletes and active individuals in reaching their goals.
