Andy Choi is a seasoned Athletic Therapist, with over 8 years of hands-on experience. He is a triathlete, ironman, ultramarathoner, and strength & fitness enthusiast with many years of experience in both fitness and recovery worlds. Andy has worked with individual athletes in many sport genres over the years, as well as various professional teams including Toronto Football Club (TFC ) Canadian Football League (CFL ), and Ontario Volleyball Association. As head of our Running Lab, he empowers patients to run with confidence; teaching them how to run without incurring all-too-common injuries.
