As a physiotherapist, I am a healthcare professional who specializes in helping individuals recover from injuries, illnesses or disabilities that affect their movement and function. I have completed a degree in physiotherapy and am licensed to practice in the province of Ontario and in good standing with the college of physiotherapy, Ontario. My primary goal is to help my patients regain their physical abilities and achieve their maximum level of functioning which includes reducing pain, increasing mobility or improving overall fitness. In my practice, I use a range of techniques and modalities to help my patients including exercises, manual therapy, electrotherapy, myofascial trigger point releases and education on injury prevention and self-management. I have an experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological and pediatric conditions.
