Tara is a 2015 graduate of Eastern College. She is experienced in assessing and treating postural dysfunction, repetitive stress syndromes, chronic pain and soft-tissue injuries, specializing in neck, shoulders and back pain. She also has a passion for facial massage, womens health and pregnancy massage She engages a variety of techniques to help treat the tissue dysfunction, including myofascial release therapy, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and Swedish relaxation. Outside of her career in massage therapy, Tara is a busy mom of two, Maelee and Francis, and a loving wife to her husband, Francis. She enjoys spending time with her family and puppy, Ace. She enjoys nature, beach days and camping. Most importantly, her joy is making memories with her family. Tara is extremely excited to join Natualfolk after her maternity leave and to begin assisting individuals with their treatment needs.
