Physiotherapist Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist MSc Physical Therapy, BScH Life Sciences and Mathematics I am Holly, a dedicated physiotherapist focused on supporting your well-being and recovery journey. Growing up on the scenic west coast of Canada, I participated in competitive sports including swimming, field hockey, and rugby, which ignited my passion for helping people return to the activities they love. I earned both my undergraduate and master’s degrees from Queen’s University, where I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, movement science, and evidence-based care. In my practice, I emphasize patient education, individualized exercise programming, and hands-on manual therapy. I am certified in Functional Intramuscular Stimulation (FIMS) and take a holistic, tailored approach to pain and movement dysfunction. I have also completed a specialized running course, allowing me to offer comprehensive running assessments to help runners improve performance, prevent injury, and return to running safely and confidently. Additionally, I have completed Pelvic Health Levels 1 and 2 and will be continuing my education in pelvic floor physiotherapy. This has become a growing passion of mine, as many individuals are unaware that symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction - such as pain, leakage, or discomfort - are common but not something they simply have to live with. I am committed to addressing these often-missed needs and providing compassionate, evidence-based care to support patients at all stages of life. Outside the clinic, I enjoy live music, hiking, and finding new spots for dining out. Spending time with friends and family helps recharge me and keeps me active, balanced, and engaged.
