I graduated with honors in 2012 with my Associate's of Applied Sciences in Massage Therapy from Globe University, Woodbury MN. I am Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Professional Member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). I enjoy working on a wide variety of clientele from those seeking relaxation to those with very specific therapeutic needs. I like to customize each session to meet the specific needs of the client. I enjoy helping people who suffer from migraines plus hand and foot work because they connect to the whole body! I'm passionate about helping my clients to de-stress and leave the session feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Being a massage Therapist is truly an honor as I am able to help people take a more natural approach to their overall health and wellness. My training includes: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy, Sports, Lymphatic Drainage, CranioSacral, Reflexology, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Thai, Hot Stones, Special Populations, and Cupping.
Massage
A head massage feels fabulous. In addition to the sensory pleasure it offers, a head massage may help relieve stress and reduce tension. It may also ease migraine or headache pain, lower blood pressure, improve circulation to your head and neck, and promote hair growth. We will focus on your face, scalp, neck, and shoulders.
Reflexology
Reflexology is the application of pressure to areas of the feet which in theory correspond to organs and systems of the body. Adding essential oils while applying pressure to the feet may help to promote relaxation or healing in the body.
