With a foundation in physiotherapy and over a decade of experience in movement rehabilitation, Andressa brings a highly specialized and integrative approach to Pilates and therapeutic movement. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy along with extensive post graduate training in traumatology and orthopaedics, pelvic health, chronic pain and the neuroscience of pain, psychosomatic therapy, trauma informed care, fascial movement, pregnancy Pilates, and manual therapy including Maitland certification. Certified in both classical and contemporary Pilates since 2015, her training spans mat and apparatus work including reformer, chair, Cadillac, ladder barrel, and therapeutic ball systems. Over the years, she has worked with clients ranging from children to older adults in both private and group settings, helping individuals improve strength, mobility, pain patterns, posture, body awareness, and overall function. Her approach goes far beyond traditional Pilates instruction. Drawing from her extensive clinical background and years of hands on rehabilitation experience, she developed her own movement methodology during the pandemic that blends biomechanics, nervous system regulation, fascial integration, and restorative movement principles into highly personalized sessions. Her work is deeply rooted in helping people reconnect to their bodies safely, intelligently, and sustainably through movement.
