Iman graduated from McMaster University with a BSc in Biochemistry. In 2020, she graduated from Duke University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. She then went on to live and work in the mountains of western North Carolina, practicing as a licensed PT in both orthopedics and pelvic health before moving back home to Canada. This is when she decided to pursue her Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) in order to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and return to sport. She loves to empower her patients to take an active role in both their rehabilitation and their lives
This is a 1 hour appointment of Performance Therapy. This session is entirely dedicated to exercise assessment, prescription and programming, rehabilitation, and prehabilitation. This appointment is for those who are interested in preventing injuries, optimizing their movements, moving pain free, and/or building their body up from a strong foundation. Learn the fundamentals and progress through plateaus by working with a coach with the know-how of a physio. *No manual therapy will be provided during this session*.
