Juno obtained his Master of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University after graduating from UBC with his Bachelor of Kinesiology. Throughout his journey he worked as a kinesiologist and with athletes through the Special Olympics. He has completed additional courses in biomechanics, manual therapy, dry needling, running gait analysis and neurodevelopmental facilitation demonstrating his commitment toward lifelong learning. Juno was inspired to join the profession after seeing the impact physical therapy had on his own recovery as well as his loved ones. He believes in taking a proactive approach to one’s own health and wellbeing by focusing on the body as a whole to address the root cause. In his practice, Juno employs a personalized approach paired with specialized hands-on treatment o help facilitate movement and recovery. He focuses on tailoring his treatment plan to the individual’s lifestyle and needs to help get you back to the activities you enjoy. Juno specializes in sport and overuse injuries, nerve-related dysfunction, and chronic pain. Outside of the clinic, Juno spends his time learning more about the human body and staying active through boxing, strength training and outdoor runs. Services may also be provided in Korean at an intermediate level.
