Sabrina graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Recreation Management, where she earned the University Gold Medal for her graduating class and was a recipient of the University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowship, which is awarded for highest academic standing. Sabrina continued her education at the University of Manitoba and received her Master of Physical Therapy, graduating with the highest GPA in the Physical Therapy program. Sabrina truly loves expanding her knowledge in physiotherapy and has completed many post-graduate courses, such as acupuncture, dry needling, cupping massage, and her Level 1 and Level 2 Lower manual therapy courses. Sabrina is also passionate about women’s health. She has taken courses in treating diastasis recti and cesarean birth rehabilitation. She has completed all 3 levels of her pelvic floor certification and is certified to provide pelvic floor physiotherapy to all adults with pelvic floor dysfunction. Another area of interest is pediatric physiotherapy and she has taken a Pediatric Gross Motor Development Course where she has gained knowledge in treating developmental delays, plagiocephaly and torticollis, toe walking, and other pediatric musculoskeletal conditions/injuries. She plans to pursue further manual therapy levels in the future. Sabrina places value in empowering her patients to achieve their goals and maximize their function by incorporating exercise, education, needling, and manual therapy into her practice. She has a strong knowledge in exercise and strength training having played many sports, including Olympic weightlifting, and due to her love of being physically active.

This is an assessment for patients experiencing incontinence and pelvic pain, Pelvic Organ Prolapse, Endometriosis, Interstitial Cystitis, Dyspareunia, Vaginismus, Vulvodynia, urinary and fecal urgency, pre and post prostatectomy, and pregnancy related pelvic girdle pain.
