This is a private Physiotherapy Initial Assessment (your injury is not due to a work accident or automobile accident) and this is your 1st visit or you have been to our clinic in the past but it is a new injury or has been more than 3 months since your last visit. Your physiotherapist will assess and treat your injury with a variety of modalities that may include: manual therapy, joint manipulation, acupuncture, dry needling, traction, TENS, therapeutic taping, application of heat and or ice and prescribe an exercise/rehab program specific to your individual needs.

  • Orthopaedic physiotherapy for musculoskeletal injuries and pain.
  • Manual therapy including spinal and joint manipulation (FCAMPT).
  • Soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release techniques.
  • Muscle energy techniques for mobility and muscle imbalance.
  • Stott Pilates instruction for rehabilitation and core strengthening.
