Shauna is passionate about supporting clients across the lifespan. She began her academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience before completing her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. In her general physiotherapy practice, Shauna works with individuals of all ages to support recovery from injury, manage pain, and improve overall function. She treats a wide range of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and chronic pain. Her approach emphasizes restoring movement, building strength, and fostering independence so clients can return to the activities that matter most to them. Shauna collaborates closely with each person to create practical, individualized treatment plans that promote long-term resilience and self-management. In her pediatric practice, Shauna works with infants, children, and teens to help them move, grow, and thrive. She provides care for infants with feeding concerns, torticollis, and plagiocephaly, supports toddlers with gross motor development, and guides school-aged children and youth through challenges such as coordination, sports injuries, and movement-based confidence. Shauna creates sessions that feel fun, engaging, and family-centered, helping kids build strength and independence through play. In her pelvic health practice, Shauna supports clients from toddlerhood to adulthood. She provides care for prenatal and postnatal recovery, pelvic pain, incontinence, and core and pelvic floor dysfunction. Her approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and focused on helping each individual feel safe, empowered, and confident in their body. Shauna integrates relaxation, breath, and movement strategies with strength training to create care plans that fit real life. Whether working with babies, toddlers, teens, or adults, Shauna is committed to listening, meeting people where they are, and building strong foundations for health and function.
