This is your first visit with us and gives us the opportunity to get to know you as we deep dive into your current and past health history during this detailed intake. An acupuncture treatment will be included once all information is collected. Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese technique that harnesses your body’s self-healing capabilities and natural bodily function through stimulating specific points. Acupuncture promotes the flow of energy along meridians throughout the body, releasing “Qi” and balancing both yin and yang. When all these forces are balanced, the body is healthy. However, when these channels are blocked and out of balance; pain, lack of function or illness may occur. Through stimulating the body’s various systems, Acupuncture can restore proper function and act as a form of preventative medicine for a healthier, happier future.
