Growing up in a small community has lead me to learn how to help people in many different ways. From early on in my life I was always interested in different sports and activities, which included multiple sports related injuries. Through sports I was introduced to massage and experienced the benefits this natural type of healing can have on the mind and body, this lead me to discovering more about massage and how I personally can help people heal both mentally and physically within this community. In my practice I enjoy helping clients reduce stress and decrease tension by using multiple types of Swedish Techniques, as well as advanced techniques such as fascial work and trigger point therapy to treat different conditions.

A Massage therapy appointment typically begins with a brief consultation to discuss your current concerns, goals, and any specific areas you'd like to focus on. If it's your first appointment, extra time will be spent reviewing your health history and conducting any necessary assessments to ensure the treatment is safe and tailored to your needs. The massage itself will be customized based on your preferences, whether you’re seeking relaxation, pain relief, or improved mobility.
