Your physiotherapist will start by chatting with you about your health history, current symptoms, and any medications or supplements you may be taking. From there, they'll do a physical assessment to check your posture, mobility, and any areas that might be causing discomfort. After getting a clear picture of what’s going on, they’ll provide a personalized, hands-on treatment focused on helping you feel better and move toward your goals.
