How did you get into Health and Wellness? I got into health and wellness from a pretty young age. My mom is a nurse so I grew up in an environment that really valued staying active and maintaining a balanced lifestyle. I was always involved in sports and ended up playing competitive volleyball through college, so I became very familiar with high performance and pushing my body. Over time, though, I realized I didn’t always prioritize rest and recovery in the same way. That shift in perspective is what drew me deeper into health and wellness. Now, I’m focused on finding that balance between movement and recovery- understanding that both are essential for feeling and performing your best. What does Wellness mean to you? Wellness, to me, is something that looks different for everyone and is constantly evolving- it’s an ebb and flow. It’s about having a strong connection between your mind and body, and really honouring what each of them needs in any given moment. I see wellness as finding a healthy balance between the physical, emotional and social aspects of life, rather than striving for perfection in any one area. At its core, wellness is a feeling- it’s about feeling grounded, content, and aligned with yourself What to expect in a session: In a session with me, you can expect a personalized approach focused on helping you regulate your nervous sateen and fee more grounded in your body. We’ll start by working together to establish your goals for the session- whether that is relaxation, reducing tension, or improving range of motion. From there, I blend deep, relaxing techniques with more stimulating strokes and gentle joint movements to support those goals. How you will feel after a session: My intention is to create a space where you can truly slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling both relaxed and restored.
