Helping Hands Physiotherapy

I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) dedicated to helping clients move with greater comfort, reduce pain, and improve their overall well-being. My approach combines my background in massage therapy, physiotherapy assistance, and osteopathic manual practice to provide individualized, client-centred care. I take the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals before developing a treatment approach tailored to their needs. I have a special interest in musculoskeletal conditions, chronic tension, mobility, posture, and supporting clients in their recovery and daily activities. My goal is to create a comfortable, respectful environment where each client feels heard and supported. I am pleased to be part of the team at Helping Hands Physiotherapy, where I look forward to working collaboratively with clients and other healthcare professionals to support better health and quality of life.
