Dr. Myla Nguyen was born and raised in Niagara Falls, ON. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo in Health Studies, with minors in Psychology and Gerontology. She completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (Toronto, ON). Dr. Myla’s philosophy is to re-educate the body to move the way it was intended, using all of its abilities and ranges of motion in a safe and effective manner. She provides manual therapy using diversified, evidence-based techniques, including: spinal manipulation therapy, mobilizations, muscle release therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, drop-piece technique, Webster technique, Activator technique, laser therapy, and Shockwave Therapy.

Initial Assessment
