Massage Therapy
The Registered Massage Therapist delivers a structured, clinically grounded approach to care. Each session begins with a comprehensive health history review, followed by a detailed physical assessment that includes postural analysis, movement evaluation, joint range-of-motion testing, and the use of relevant orthopedic special tests to identify specific dysfunctions. Assessment findings guide a personalized treatment plan tailored to the client’s therapeutic priorities and functional objectives. Treatment incorporates targeted hands-on techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue work, and joint mobilization to reduce muscular tension, improve movement quality, and support optimal postural and functional mobility. These methods also enhance circulation, increase oxygen delivery, and promote natural tissue healing by reducing inflammation. To reinforce clinical outcomes, the RMT provides individualized rehabilitation exercises or self-care strategies designed to sustain mobility, build resilience, and support long-term symptom management.
Lymphatic Drainage
Initial session includes 15-20 minutes going over health history, assessment and treatment planning prior to hands on work. This is included in the time booked. This gentle yet effective massage technique supports your lymphatic, immune, circulatory, and metabolic systems by encouraging the natural drainage of toxins and stagnant fluids. Developed from years of spa experience and mentorship, this unique method uses light, rhythmic strokes and pumping motions for a full-body reset or targeted relief. Ideal for those dealing with inflammation, bloating, fatigue, brain fog, post-op recovery, lymphedema, autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, and nervous system burnout. Please note that the initial appointment we will take 10-15 minutes going over your health history, assessment and treatment planning prior to hands on work. This is included in the time booked. Please come adequately hydrated and fed earlier in the day. This service is RMT-covered for insurance purposes. *Please wait 48-72 hours after receiving vaccines/immunizations before attending massage therapy*
