Jamieson is a licensed physiotherapist specializing in pelvic health, pediatric and orthopaedic care, now proud to contribute her expertise to the multidisciplinary team at FORM Body Lab. During her Master of Physical Therapy program at Western University, she discovered a strong passion for pelvic health, recognizing just how transformative pelvic floor rehabilitation can be — both physically and emotionally. Her advanced training in pelvic care and musculoskeletal therapy allows her to work with clients navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and movement restoration. At FORM, Jamieson integrates her clinical approach with the studio’s ethos of intentional, holistic wellness. She collaborates with physiotherapy support workers to design personalized, whole-body treatment plans. Her sessions combine manual therapy, education, and movement — often drawing on Pilates principles — to empower clients in a space that is calm, private, and deeply supportive. Jamieson is currently completing clinical pilates certification. Having recently moved from Ontario to British Columbia, she’s excited to explore Vancouver’s outdoor scene and local food culture — so feel free to share your recommendations! Jamieson looks forward to helping you move better and get back to the activities you love!
