Having always been fascinated with anatomy and physiology, a career in massage was an easy choice for me. I graduated from The Health Enrichment Center in 2002. I love working with my clients to create a custom massage to meet their individual needs. I am skilled in Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massage, as well as hot stone and cupping. I am also certified in Ashiatsu massage. Seeing improvement in range of motion and flexibility along with relaxation and decreased pain is always my goal. I look forward to working you!
PNF stands for Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation, a series of progressive stretches involving muscle contraction and relaxation. It is designed for patients with restricted range of motion or overly hypertonic and tense muscles. This technique combined with stretching and deep tissue work make up the PNF massage.
