Martina graduated from Fanshawe College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy, and is currently in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO). Martina enjoys customizing treatments and practical homecare strategies for clients to increase their quality of life. She uses a multitude of techniques to treat conditions/injuries like sports and repetitive strain injuries, headaches/migraines, stress related injuries, acute and chronic conditions, along with everyday aches and pains. Incorporating deep tissue massage, general swedish massage, myofascial release, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), trigger point therapy, and cupping therapy. Martina strives to continually expand her knowledge and contribute to the well-being of her clients. She is dedicated to understanding the unique needs of clients and tailoring each treatment session to their specific goals.
