Hanna is a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s School of Kinesiology, with minors in Commerce and Psychology. Her approach to exercise therapy reflects the integration of her experiences in both physical and mental health, and the value of developing individualized exercise programs that are adapted to each person’s needs and preferences. Hanna finds joy in music, movement, and creative hobbies, which she views as important foundations of her well being and self expression. Her philosophy is rooted in the idea that physical health and personal passions are intrinsically linked in the development of lifelong well-being.
All clients require an initial assessment before undertaking an exercise therapy program with one of our Kinesiologists at Personal Best Exercise Therapy. The initial assessment allows the Kinesiologists to gather baseline data to help with structuring a personalized and safe treatment program to best fit the clients needs. Exercise Therapy is great for those who are rehabbing from an injury, experience chronic pain and/or are looking to get back into the gym but are struggling to do so without pain.
