Alyssa is a Certified Athletic Therapist who graduated with honours from Sheridan College’s Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences in Athletic Therapy program after earning a Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Throughout her education, she gained valuable experience in both clinical and on-field settings, working with athletes ranging from youth sports to the university level across soccer, football, hockey, and basketball. As a former varsity soccer player, Alyssa understands the demands that sport and an active lifestyle place on the body. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that understanding the root cause of an injury or pain is the key to lasting recovery. By taking the time to listen, educate, and create individualized treatment plans, Alyssa is committed to helping her patients return confidently to the activities they love while supporting their long-term health and performance.
