Growing up as a competitive athlete, I carry a lifelong passion for fitness, health, and wellness of the body. After personally experiencing several injuries and integrating massage therapy into my daily life, I understood the power it holds for recovery, injury prevention and performance. For many years, I pursued a career in finance and accounting. Unfulfilled, I was ready for a change that would allow me to make a positive difference in the quality of people’s lives. I see massage therapy as an opportunity to connect each individual to their unique bodies. My goal as a therapist is to create a session specific to each client’s individual needs through collaborative treatment planning. I exercise a variety of techniques including neuromuscular, Swedish, stretching, joint mobilization, fascial and trigger point release to help achieve your goals. Naturally outgoing and people oriented, I am passionate about educating, empowering and healing clients. I strive to be the best hour of my clients’ day.

Your initial massage visit includes a comprehensive 60 minute session tailored to your needs. It starts with a detailed consultation to understand your health history, preferences, and areas of concern. Our therapists will then customize your massage using various techniques for relaxation, pain relief, or overall well-being. Enjoy a serene, professional environment and receive post-massage recommendations for continued benefits.
