Sebastien is a licensed massage therapist with an aim to assist the body’s own healing processes. They have come to massage after leaving a career working in healthcare for over a decade. Massage gives them the opportunity to have a direct, positive impact on the people around them. Sebastien believes that connecting our life stories to the bodywork directs the flow of the session. They specialize in deep tissue, myofascial release, and sports massage while prioritizing the client’s needs to inform the techniques and approach used. The practitioner uses firm pressure to allow the patient to relax the mind, body + spirit. This full-body session is tailored to your needs on your healing journey. All sessions include hot towels + aromatherapy with the option to add on, reiki, cupping + gua sha therapy. The practitioner also incorporates mindful stretching which is a Conscious Touch signature. The practitioner assesses the range of motion of the muscle group and mindfully stretches the muscles, improving flexibility.
