Dr. Mahaise has a passion for guiding his patients toward a pain-free, healthy and active lifestyle. He does so through evidence-based treatment practices that utilizes up to date scientific research, patient values and clinical experience. This has led him to acquire certifications in instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization, contemporary medical acupuncture, functional movement training and mental health first aid. Dr. Mahaise enjoys treating a vast number of musculoskeletal conditions related to the neck, back, shoulders, and many more. Whether the goal is to return to work, return to sport, or just move without pain, he works with patients to determine the right treatment plan so they can get back to doing what matters to them the most. Dr. Mahaise graduated with highest distinction from the University of Ontario of Technology with an honours degree in Kinesiology. He then went on to complete his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Throughout his career, he has helped many patients find relief from their pain. He is ready to assist you in your recovery process. When Dr. Steven is not in the clinic, he enjoys playing spikeball.
