Her educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health. Following her undergraduate studies, Bahareh pursued a Master’s in Kinesiology at York University. During her first year in the program, she excelled as a Teacher Assistant, showcasing her commitment to both learning and teaching. However, her exceptional potential was recognized when she was accepted into the Doctor of Physical Therapy program in the United States, leading her to withdraw from the Master’s program and move to the US. She firmly believes that patient and practitioner must work as a team with shared goals to achieve genuine, long-term results. Her approach to treatment goes beyond just masking pain; instead, she focuses on identifying and addressing the root cause of her patients’ conditions. Throughout her career, Bahareh has gained valuable experience working in various physiotherapy settings, including acute care in hospitals, supporting adults with developmental disorders, assisting Canadian Olympian champions, providing outpatient orthopaedic care, and delivering OHIP-funded physiotherapy services. Driven by a desire to make a significant impact in the lives of her patients, Bahareh embraced courage and entrepreneurship, establishing her own practice. Since September 8, 2022, she has been the proud owner of BetteCare Clinic, where she continues to deliver personalized and compassionate care. Initial assessment and treatment

A physiotherapy initial assessment is the first session with a physiotherapist that takes place before starting any treatments. During this session, the physiotherapist conducts a comprehensive medical history review and performs a physical examination to determine a diagnosis and develop a plan of care. It's important to note that each initial assessment is focused on only one body part or issue at a time.
