Sabrina is a Registered Massage Therapist who completed her education and training at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. She has worked with many different populations and has developed a special interest working with paediatrics, postnatal patients, and treating headache and migraine symptoms. Sabrina has completed additional continuing-education courses including prenatal, post-cesarean, and mastectomy treatments. In her work, Sabrina takes a holistic approach and enjoys using a blend of Swedish, trigger point therapy, stretching, and gentle movement modalities to support each patient in their wellness journey.
Registered Massage Therapy is a discipline that uses manual therapy to help alleviate pain and address underlying muscular issues. Our team of professional RMT's will assess for any restrictions, pain, or dysfunction. From there our therapists will address their findings with manual therapy to help alleviate any pain, tension, or restrictions with a combination of different modalities. Finally they will attend to the needs of the patient through education and the integration of movement.
