Hannah earned her Master of Physical Therapy degree from Western University, following an Honours Bachelor of Science from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario. With a strong academic foundation and a lifelong passion for movement, Hannah brings a unique and dynamic perspective to physiotherapy through her extensive background in dance. Throughout her university years, she was deeply involved in the dance community—choreographing for her team and helping dancers refine their technique. This experience fostered a deep appreciation for the role of posture, alignment, and balance in both performance and injury prevention. These principles have since become foundational in her approach to physiotherapy and naturally led her to develop a strong interest in Pilates. The precision and control emphasized in Pilates align closely with the movement principles she values in dance, and she now incorporates this method into her practice to help clients build core strength, improve stability, and enhance overall body awareness. Hannah treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions with a holistic and personalized approach. Her treatment plans combine education, manual therapy, exercise prescription, and therapeutic modalities to restore strength, mobility, and function. She is passionate about empowering her clients to play an active role in their recovery, guiding them toward long-term wellness through improved movement patterns and postural alignment. Originally from Ontario, Hannah recently relocated to Vancouver and is always on the lookout for local adventures, great restaurants, and weekend getaway spots. Outside of the studio, she enjoys staying active through dance, yoga and pilates classes, strength training, volleyball, skiing, hiking and camping with friends and family.
