How did you get into Health and Wellness: I have been an athlete my entire life (competitive dancing, gymnast, soccer and volleyball) and was drawn to learning more about the science of human movement and our body. I learned through my own sport training that taking care of our bodies and our minds is the foundation we need to achieve our full potential. It has been incredibly rewarding to help people feel their best, and see the positive changes as a result. What does wellness mean to Dr.Clay : Wellness means doing what you can do to improve your bodies abilities and functioning, so that you can take on a life of feeling good, finding fulfillment, and thriving. What to expect in your session/treatment: I got into the health and wellness field to empower myself and others to lead healthier, happier, and balanced lives. Sessions will be unique because of my focus on holistic prevention, enhanced body awareness (posture, ergonomics, lifestyle) and personalized care. How you will feel after treatment: Guests will feel a wide range of benefits, like relief from pain, improved mobility and functioning, reduced tension and stress, enhanced posture, better sleep, and increased energy levels, to name a few. You will leave feeling comfortable, relaxed, and revitalized.
