I’m a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for powerlifting and strength sports. My approach to massage therapy is rooted in both performance and recovery- I understand firsthand the demands training puts on the body, and I use massage as a tool to restore balance, reduce pain, and optimize movement. Whether it’s helping athletes push past plateaus or guiding everyday clients toward pain-free living, my goal is always the same: to heal, strengthen, and empower through hands-on care.
