Hi, I’m Omeed, I was born and raised here in Vancouver and I’m a recent VCMT graduate awaiting to take my registration exams. My path to massage began with my own struggle managing back pain. After trying countless treatments, massage therapy made the biggest difference and inspired me to help others find that same kind of relief. I take a collaborative approach to treatment, something I really refined during my time at school. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of patients and have seen how communication, assessment, and really listening to patients can lead to great results. My goal is always to ensure every patient leaves feeling heard, cared for, and satisfied that their areas of concern were fully addressed. I’m especially interested in treating back pain, general tension, and trigger points through deeper techniques such as Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point work. I also incorporate relaxation and stretching techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and help patients feel balanced and restored.
