Meet Sienna De Caro Sienna completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University, developing a strong foundation in human movement and rehabilitation. Sienna is passionate about advocating for the overall health and well-being of her clients and helping them achieve their highest level of function and best self. She takes a client-centered approach to treatment, emphasizing assessments, hands-on manual techniques, and personalized exercise prescriptions to support each client’s unique goals. She also has a strong interest in working with dancers, drawing from her own 14-year background in dance, as well as a background in Pilates-training and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She integrates her Pilates-based training with pelvic health principles to help strengthen the pelvic floor, improve muscle awareness, and support clients in living more active and functional lives.
