Jess Drury, LMT, Certified Reiki Master, and Clinical Western Herbalist, is a Licensed Massage Therapist specializing in Shiatsu and Tui Na. Her approach to bodywork is rooted in deep listening, intuitive touch, and a belief that safety is the foundation of healing. Jess creates a calm, responsive space where clients can rest, release tension, and reconnect with their own vitality. Whether using slow, rhythmic Shiatsu or targeted Tui Na techniques, she tailors each session to balance the body and soothe the nervous system. Drawing from her training in meridian acupressure, Reiki, cupping, gua sha, moxa, teishin, and shonishin, Jess supports clients with chronic pain, stress, and nervous system dysregulation. Her grounded, rhythmic touch ranges from light to deep pressure, always guided by client feedback. Each session is an opportunity to restore mobility, release tension, and reestablish balance between body and mind. Jess’s work is informed by trauma-sensitive and neurodivergent-affirming principles. As a neurodivergent practitioner herself, she prioritizes communication, consent, and sensory accommodation. Her sessions begin with collaborative intake and open dialogue, ensuring that every client’s needs are respected and that safety and inclusion remain central to the process. Before becoming a massage therapist, Jess worked as an artist and clinical herbalist—paths that deepened her understanding of the connections between body, creativity, and the natural world. She is currently completing her Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and looks forward to integrating these modalities into her practice. Outside the clinic, she can be found making art, exploring nature, and spending time with her child. Guided by compassion, integrity, and connection, Jess’s practice is both a craft and a calling—a way to help others come home to themselves.
