Jeff is a dedicated bodywork expert specializing in Rolfing and therapeutic deep tissue work, with a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals move better, feel better, and live without chronic pain. A longtime Southern Oregon resident, Jeff trained in Structural Integration at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, where he developed his skillful, intentional approach to whole-body alignment and function. Jeff believes that true change happens by addressing the body as an interconnected system — realigning connective tissue, improving mobility, and reducing persistent tension through thoughtful hands-on work. He brings both strength and sensitivity to his sessions, making each experience personalized and transformative for every body he works with. More than just a practitioner, Jeff is an active member of the Southern Oregon community and finds great fulfillment in helping people of all ages — from athletes and active professionals to individuals managing long-term discomfort or movement limitations — experience greater comfort, confidence, and physical ease.

This session is designed to create meaningful change in how your body moves, feels, and performs. Whether you work with Jeff or Blake, each treatment focuses on addressing the root causes of tension, restriction, and chronic discomfort — not just the symptoms. With Jeff (Rolfing / Structural Integration / Deep Tissue): Jeff uses targeted, hands-on fascial work to help align and balance the body. Rolfing focuses on reorganizing patterns of strain within the connective tissue to improve posture, mobility, and overall structural efficiency. Sessions are intentional and progressive, making this work especially effective for chronic tension, movement limitations, and long-standing postural imbalances. With Blake (Deep Tissue / Myofascial Release): Blake specializes in deep tissue and myofascial release techniques that release adhesions, reduce pain patterns, and restore functional movement. His work is especially beneficial for clients navigating chronic postural stress, persistent tightness, or acute injuries. Each session is tailored to your body’s needs and goals — whether you’re seeking pain relief, improved performance, injury recovery, or long-term structural change. Best for: Chronic pain, postural correction, injury recovery, mobility improvement, and performance optimization.
