Pankti is a registered physiotherapist with a passion for movement in the health and wellness industry. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University after graduating from the University of Western Ontario with her Bachelor degree in Honours Kinesiology. Her treatment principles focus on educating and empowering her patients to better understand their injury and movement patterns. Her approach to treatment includes Neurokinetic Therapy (NKT) concepts, and movement therapy based on pilates principles and functional movement patterns to help you get back to what you love. Pankti has experience working with a wide variety of patients in both the US and Canada, but specializes in the active adult population with a special interest in runners, and paediatrics. Outside of work, Pankti enjoys travelling and exploring new countries, and keeping active through running, biking, and hiking. She is a member in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
