I am a graduate from Humber and my goal is to help my patients by assessing and treating the root cause of their concern. By assessing your concerns the objective is to reduce pain, improve range of motion and overall increase my patients’ well-being. I have experience with treating injuries such as frozen shoulder, scars ,tension headaches, pregnancy ,baby and infant massages and more. I incorporate different techniques as well as other modalities to get the best outcome. Some of the modalities include Graston Technique, cupping and/or Dolphin MPS therapy. I am also Level 1 certified in Lymphatic Drainage Technique from Chikly Health Institute. After treatment a safe and effective treatment plan is created to achieve the desired outcome(s).
Massage Therapy
Initial treatment- A 60 min appt is ideal for a first visit. This allows for a full assessment, treatment and reassessment/home care.
Lymphatic Drainage
Every body's needs are different and knowing how much time will be needed for lymphatic drainage vs. massage therapy is different for everyone. This treatment option is ideal for the those who require a blend of lymph and massage. How much time you will have for each will depend on the therapists assessment of your specific concerns.
