Olivia graduated from the Massage Therapy program with Honours at Centennial College. Olivia brings numerous massage techniques to the table including fascial release, trigger point work and active release strategies. Her clinical experience throughout her schooling includes working with a wide range of patient types, with a specific interest in treating athletes and patients with jaw pain & dysfunction. As an athlete herself, having played numerous sports and competed in college basketball, Olivia brings a strong comprehension of athletic performance, injuries, and recovery to her practice. Her personal experience with jaw dysfunction also provides her beneficial insight into the patient perspective, allowing her to approach care with empathy and understanding. Prior to her Massage Therapy education, Olivia earned an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Wilfrid Laurier University. She focused her later studies on health and rehabilitation, laying a strong foundation for her evidence-based and patient-centered approach.
