Meredith completed her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University in Exercise Science, where she also competed as an NCAA Division 1 golfer. In 2013, she became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. From there, she went on to complete her Masters of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, graduating in 2016. Since then, Meredith has trained extensively in manual therapy and is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT), the highest designation for orthopaedic physiotherapy in Canada. Meredith holds a certification through the Titleist Performance Institute, where utilizing her experience, training and expertise, she performs golf assessments for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Meredith has also completed various courses in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, Vestibular Rehabilitation and Pelvic Health (male/female urinary incontinence, pelvic/pelvic girdle pain, pregnancy, fascial mobilization). Meredith is a Body Harmonics Pilates Mat Instructor and teaches both group classes and private/semi private Pilates sessions in the clinic.
